CS Kashish Surana is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She commenced her professional journey as a Trainee with JDM and, over the past two years, has developed strong expertise in the areas of Corporate Laws, Governance, and regulatory compliance. She is responsible for handling listing Compliances, including ensuring compliance with the provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations and other applicable regulatory requirements for listed entities. She is actively responsible for conducting Secretarial Audits and Due Diligence Audits, with a focus on evaluating statutory compliance, identifying regulatory risks, and ensuring adherence to the provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws. She has also been actively involved in managing statutory filings, maintaining compliance records, XBRL-based filings and ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory requirements.
